If you have any concerns about purchasing from us, you are welcome to contact us via email with the title of the book you are interested in. Upon request, we can provide a sample excerpt and a video overview of the book file to help you make an informed decision.
Normally, if the document is already available in our system, you’ll receive an email with the eBook file attached within a few minutes. If the document isn’t available, please allow 4–6 hours for us to process and convert it into E-Books for you.
If the delivery time for your eBook is longer than expected, please contact us by email before we process and send the file. We’re happy to offer a full refund if needed. However, if you paid via PayPal, please do not open a dispute—we won’t be able to process refunds through that channel. Instead, reach out to us directly and calmly, and we’ll make sure your issue is resolved.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly issue a 100% refund in the following legitimate cases:
- You are unable to open the book file after following our instructions.
- The book file is damaged or incomplete and we cannot resolve it by sending you a new file.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong item and have not yet received the file.
If you encounter any issue, please contact us directly via email first. We will make every effort to resolve your concern, including sending a corrected or updated version of the file when applicable.
Important Notes:
- Do not open a dispute or case on PayPal. Any cases opened directly through PayPal will be automatically rejected and will not be supported by our refund policy.
- Refund requests are only valid within 3 days of purchase.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if:
- The customer downloads the file and immediately requests a refund without giving us a chance to fix the issue.
- The issue reported is minor or clearly does not affect the usability or content of the book.
- There is evidence of dishonest behavior or abuse of the refund policy.

Your data will be 100% protected by us and your purchase data will be secured by Paypal and Stripe which are used as payment methods on our site.
